My dearest friends, I just wanted you all to know that I´m leaving tomorrow to beatiful New York City for New Year´s eve.. So I´ll leave the blog alone for a few days. I hope I can post from there, otherwise I promise you that I´ll bring some nice pics!

En el terreno de la moda existen aquellos quienes la dictan, otros tantos que la critican y proponen que es lo que esta in y lo que esta out y entre todos estos se crean tantas reglas que se supone hay que seguir para estar a la moda que es abrumador.

Pero hey! Algunas veces olvidamos que la moda debe ser algo divertido que nos haga sentir bien y vernos bien. No te tomes la moda tan seriamente, No te conviertas en una "fashion victim".

Al final de cuentas las reglas son para romperse y en lugar de seguir la moda tal como se dicta, cada quien deberia seguir su propia moda. Anda!!

In the field of fashion there are those who dictate it , there are so many others who criticize it and propose what is in and what is out and among all these exist so many rules that we suppose to follow to be fashion that is overwhelming.

But hey! sometimes we forget that fashion has to be fun and make us look good. We souldn´t take fashion so seriously. Don´t become a "fashion victim"

Hace unos dias fui al cine a ver "This is it", la pelicula sobre la ultima gira que realizaria el Rey del Pop y aparte de que estuve con la piel de gallina toda la pelicula porque me gustan mucho sus canciones, aparece Michael en los ensayos con varios atuendos increibles, sobre todo las chaquetas, con hombros abultados y demas, tal como las que lanzó Balmain en su temporada Otoño-Invierno ´09 y me parecio bien interesante. Nunca habia visualizado a MJ como un icono del estilo, pero al parecer tenia talento en todo, asi que me dieron ganas de dedicarle un posteo.

A few days ago I went to the cinema to see "This is it," the film about the last tour to be conducted by the King of Pop and besides I had goose bumps the whole movie because I really like his songs, Michael appears in the rehearsals with multiple amazing outfits, especially jackets with bulky shoulders, such as those launched by Balmain Fall/ Winter '09 collection and I found it very interesting.I never visualized MJ as a style icon, but apparently had talent in all, so I wanted to dedicate him a posting.
