DIY: Denim cut off shorts

Sometimes I desperately have the need to renew my wardrobe but in order to do that I have to spend some money. So, to avoid the bankruptcy every season I try to study my closet to see wich pieces of clothing can be used in the next one but with a little customization of course. 

In this case old denim jeans are perfect for the matter. I can easily turn them into a decent pair of shorts and if I get creative I can even add them a few details to make them look like new.
